Shipping 

We offer free standard delivery to Mainland UK addresses. "Standard Delivery" means that your rug should arrive during working hours (8am - 7pm) on a working day (Monday - Friday). For Northen Island and Off-Shore Islands, there is a standard delivery charge of £9.99.

Once your order has been collected by our UK courier, you will receive an email from us confirming dispatch and providing courier and tracking information. You will then be able to monitor the progress of your delivery by tracking your order on the courier’s website.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 Cringle Court, Thornton Road, Potters Bar, EN6 1JR, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if the item is not defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  The cost of shipping may vary depending on the size and weight of the product. 
 
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
