Terms and Conditions for Your Rug Warranty

  • The warranty offer is only available to customers who purchase their rug in the UK or Ireland.
  • You must register your rug online within two weeks of purchase.
  • The warranty is only applicable to new rugs purchased from PatchEra.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but is not applicable to wear and tear or other damage caused through use of the rug.
  • You must provide proof of manufacturing defects to make a warranty claim.
  • You must provide proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, PatchEra will provide a replacement rug or similar rug if the design is no longer current – no financial alternative will be offered.
  • PatchEra reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms of this warranty offer.
